Assistant Vice President – Account and Portfolio Management (2008 – Present)

Reporting to the VP Infrastructure within CTO, provide delivery management and PMO leadership to business areas and seven CIO organizations, with an annual $40+M project / $170M operational budget.

Supported initiatives include eCommerce, eContent, CRM, Billing, telephony, product and currency.

Delivered portfolio of 62 concurrent projects, meeting all business objectives. Portfolio achieved goal of 90% target for delivering against commitment.
