Industrial Engineer – Lean Process Improvement

• Successfully led a project in which the productivity rate was increased by 30% in the digital press department; reduced changeover time and waste (muda), optimized machine uptime and improved processes (including people, process flow, and overall equipment effectiveness)

• Created presentations and Excel models to clients on creating standardized mat handling technique
