Responsibilities: Wholesale account management of air travel via travel agent and corporate retail outlets. These business to business sales activities also included negotiations of corporate contracts and travel agent incentive programs, account management, promotions of company products on a local level, sales plan development and implementation, and management of support employees. In addition, acted as a liaison for other internal departments such as aircraft scheduling, airport operations, and loyalty programs (frequent flyer programs) to better fulfill customer’s needs. Overall territory revenues were in excess of $34 million dollars.
