Telecommunications Subcontractor

Bidding and securing Telecommunication Projects in central Florida. Responsibilities include installing, cabling, terminations, moves, adds, changes and upgrades to phone systems.

Responsibilities include and not limited to:

-Operational support and project management of large telecommunications system/data networks.

-Daily installation and maintenance of Key, PBX systems, DSL and internet services as well as telephone electronics, data systems and maintenance/access lines.

-Working knowledge of all test equipment. Test and reparation of all systems and services.

-Liaison working closely with business customers and sales department ensuring proper installation and maintenance of service and equipment.

- Installation and maintenance of data services and all associated equipment as well as intra-company voice and data solutions/wiring networks.

-Responsible for repair and returns of equipment and services maintained.

-Design system configurations for customers and administration. Maintain inventory of Key/PBX parts, etc.

-Assist other technical personnel in the performance of their duties when requested.

-Internet trouble shooting for both residential and business customers.

Responsibilities included supervising, coordinating, and maintaining all moves, adds and changes using administration OTM to the Option 81C Nortel, 61C Nortel, Option 11, Meridian mail systems and multiple Key systems for LRMC South, LRMC North, The Villages Regional Medical Center, and all outreach buildings. Also overseeing/creating all installations for telecom, Data, and patient safety nurse call systems.
