2011-2012 XVIII Airborne Corps, G3 Operations Sergeant Major

•Assist with the development and coordination of the Corps Operations and Mobilization Plan, ensuring synchronization with all affected directorates, commands and other users.
•Review and analyzed current operational procedures and, when needed, assist with the development of new training designs and procedures.
•Drafted, created, and screened memorandums of instruction for all XVIII Airborne Corps, Installation Operations and Garrison events, ensuring accuracy prior to Chief of Staff review.
•Provided assistance in the development, recommendation, and implementation of training policies and programs which support Fort Bragg and the XVIII ABC.
