Business Systems Analyst – WaMu – Pricing Operations

•Subject matter expert who advised production support, operations, capital markets, project management, technology, quality assurance, and developers on system functionality and downstream requirements as part of company-wide web-based Loan Origination System/ Point of Sale System implementation project. Controls eliminated need for manual work by 35 people and saved over $1 million annually.

•Project lead on capital markets-related system enhancements. Developed requirements, assisted in configuration and design, and validated accuracy of the product upon completion.
