SUMMARY:
I am an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) manager with 24 years of experience in EHS, emergency management, disaster preparedness and response, incident command systems, facilitating multiple site disaster drills, hazardous waste operations and training. I have received recognition from David C. Reed, Major General, United States Air Force Commander for my expertise and participation in a joint major accident response exercise between civilians and military personnel conducted at Lackland Air Force Base. I have received the same from The Alamo Area Law Enforcement Academy and The University of Texas San Antonio. As an EHS and Emergency Services professional, I continue training, instructing and developing various response programs. Serving as the Incident Commander continues to be a part of my roles and responsibilities.
