Serve as a Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner responsible for Business Vision, User Stories definition, UML diagrams and maintaining product backlog for Consumer Driven Healthcare Services Administration Platform serving 100+ clients with daily transaction processing volumes over 10 million transactions.

Selected accomplishments
Directly responsible for creating business vision, user stories (use cases), and user facing interfaces for web based Health and Employer Benefits Administration system (Health Savings, HRA, FSA, Parking, Transit and others). System modules include but not limited to: online enrollment and profile management; online banking access and payments processing; online document storage and document processing including electronic document upload and e-faxing; End of Year reporting to IRS.
Designed processes, file and web service mapping specifications for high volume card payments with capacity to process daily 10 million transactions. Integration included batch file EDI and web services real-time interfaces to TSYS, MBI (FIS Global), and Evolution Benefits Debit Cards, intelligent error and exception handling, card access controls via IIAS and merchant groups configuration, stack cards configuration and account priorities management.
Ensured flexibility and usability of NACHA files interface for online payment module including funding and debiting workflows, file formatting specification, scheduling, NSF (insufficient funds) handling.
Developed specification of Lock Box interfaces to bank mailboxes for paper and electronic check deposits clearing, including electronic deposit coupons design and check hold times.
Designed and assisted testing “one click” Single Sign On modules utilizing real time web service calls which allowed users seamlessly transfer from one platform to partner site without additional login step.
