Administrative Assistant for ARS International, Baton Rouge, LA (American Radiation Services, Mobile Lab). Assistant to Dave Anderson, Mobile Manager at the Painesville Remediation Site. ARS is serving as the test lab for SEC (Safety & Ecology Corporation), which is under instruction from the Army Corp of Engineers for radiation/hazardous clean up at this contaminated site.
Worked with a team of 4 personnel at the mobile lab processing contaminated dirt samples. Handled all aspects of documentation for said samples. From log in to maintaining sample logs. Labeling, storage, shipping and analysis of all documentation in the ARS Trax software processing system. Kept records and maintained Excel spreadsheets of all samples received plus prepared off site chain of custodies and documentation required plus packaging.]
Ordered supplies, scanned documents, emailed and handled all administrative duties when Mr. Anderson was off site.
