To Whom It May Concern:

This is to confirm that Gary Trudeau was employed by Technical Metal Finishing Co. Inc. in a variety of Management Position from 2004 to present. During his time with the company Gary held the position of Paint Shop Manager, Special Project Manager, Quality Supervisor and Quality Manager.

During his tenure in the Quality area Gary was instrumental in obtaining Nadcap Certification(National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program). This certification allowed the company to process components for a large variety of aerospace manufacturers. This is a coveted and difficult certificate to obtain as it requires vendors to document, audit and improve all aspects of their operation. Also involved is the requirement to develop a sophisticated SPC and continuous improvement programs which includes the education of all employees. This Gary accomplished and has maintained.

In his position as Quality Manager Gary was also responsible for organizing and maintaining a complex system of aerospace specifications. These specifications were used on a daily basis to develop processing plans for over 1000 individual parts. In addition Gary was required to maintain an extensive recall system for instrument calibration and monthly process test panels.

As special projects manager Gary was assigned a variety of complex projects which included computer systems and software. One of those projects involved a new software package that would be used in the planning and retention of all the company processes. Gary learned the software and integrated it into our operation which included the training of the TMF staff.

Gary has the unique ability to understand complex concepts and turn these concepts into workable solutions for the betterment of the organization. Should you need any further information regarding Gary's background while at Technical Metal Finishing Co. Inc. do not hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,

Craig Hanriot
