US Head of Campus Recruiting and Vice President – Human Resources

Management Responsibilities

• Lead and provide all aspects of Full Time and Summer Undergraduate and Graduate recruiting across all United States business units (250+ recruited annually).

• Manage and develop team of three full time Recruiters/Coordinators and five Staffers.

• Supervise incoming Analyst and Associate classes, as well as second and third year Analysts and Stub Associates (200 + employees).

Strategy, Brand and Relationship Development

• Oversee event planning, including venue selection, cost negotiation with vendors, menu content, for welcome dinners, summer intern events, and morale initiatives.

• Liaise with Marketing Department to build brand awareness and to cultivate and promote diversity initiatives.

• Establish relationships with senior leaders and client groups to identify each sectors business objectives, challenges, culture, and work closely with both senior and junior banking levels to effectuate campus recruiting and school team goals.

• Design and maintain recruiting strategies to address business and group needs, market environment, natural attrition and anticipated new business growth for both campus and lateral recruitment.

• Create and foster strong partnerships between Recruiting and HR Generalist team to better serve business.

• Form and implement annual recruitment budget (in excess of $1,000,000) and financial reporting for recruiting costs and per event spend.

• Structure school teams to deliver firm to campus.

HR Generalist Responsibilities

• Direct annual and quarterly performance review process for Analyst population. Mentor and provide career development guidance to Analysts and Associates.

• Coordinate constructive resolutions to employee relations; conduct orientation for incoming class and provide exit interviews and future opportunity conversations for departing Analysts and Associates.

• Execute both mid-year and year-end performance assessment for Analyst population, including

performance reviews, promotion process, compensation conversations, ratings and rankings (250+ employees).

• Partner with all branches and departments to deliver Human Resources services, solutions and strategic planning.

Program Development

• Identify, develop, and deploy financial and accounting employee training and workshops, including relevant series training, continuing education.

• Develop and maintain relationships with more than thirty undergraduate and graduate universities.

• Utilize a diverse range of sources to build networks and talent pipelines.

• Continuously enhance and originate effective sourcing strategies related to identification of potential candidates, relationship development with key target candidates for future hire and creation of current, future and ad hoc recruiting plans.
