2. Assistant Grower (Calais Greenhouses, Ltd) 2006-07.

The efficiency of greenhouse production & Quality was achieved by improving the day-to-day functions and streamlining the different operations of greenhouse.

3. Research Agronomist (ICMS, Inc.) 2003-05.

The number of projects increased from 20 to 52 per year for agronomy research & pesticide evaluations for different crops of the Frazer Valley and Vancouver area under my supervision.

Was successful to developed a new method to screen cereal genotypes at seedling stage for drought and heat stresses using very quick, efficient and low cost technique.
