Job responsibilities
• Reporting to Project Manager on all Construction, design and Commissioning related matters of the project
• Responsible for reviewing the package units for the Contract requirements. Responsible for commissioning of offsite utilities
• Reviewing project specification, drawings, documents, data sheets & vendor manuals and identifying certificate points related to process system
• Overseeing the commissioning activities in a safe manner, within budget, on time and in accordance with the applicable Company Procedures and Technical Specifications
• Responsible for developing the Commissioning philosophy/strategy/planning of the project in accordance with Contract requirements. Arrange and coordinate Vendor presence at site as per site requirements. Plan and arrange for all consumables needed for the project facilities.
• Plan and organize all commissioning activities and programme to meet project execution programme and start-up date. Organize all personnel and software required to support and supervises the commissioning phase
• Monitor the HSE performance of all commissioning contractors in the area
• Develop Project Commissioning strategy and arrange for approval for the same in consultation with Asset holder and in accordance with Contract requirements.
Develop the planning of the Commissioning activities to support the project execution programme.
• Decompose the project activities into commissionable systems and subsystems.
