companies: IMM for procurement and design, Palomar Construction Corporation which handles all field

work in the Western U.S. and Hawaii and IMM Caribbean Incorporated which handles all the needs of the

Caribbean clients.

Consultant – Hired on as an Independent Consultant to develop the soft goods program and establish the internal programming for the hospitality FF&E product resources.

National Pricing Manager – Brought on to KOJO to manage and over see Purchasing/Specifying/Project

Management within the Hospitality Industry from 5 to 1500 room projects. Other responsibilities were

managing the following:

Developing the Pricing program for the Westin Heavenly Bed Program

Developing the Pricing program for the Sheraton Suite Sleeper Program

Managing and maintaining all vendor relationships

Training other Purchasers, Project Managers, and Sales Teams

Hotel/Time Share Operational Budgets and Management

Developed the Value Engineering Training Program
