In this capacity, wrote PeopleSoft Query, PeopleSoft Nvision, Crystal reports, updated system setup, tested new releases, created system documentation, developed and conducted PeopleSoft training. Promoted to Accountant in August 2008, were additional responsibilities included processing cash accounting for lockbox, and overseeing subsidiary accounting for international business unit.

During month end created accruals, assisted other staff with system issues, reconciled accounts, and researched budget overages for management.
