Cross-breaded C. elegans to obtain double homozygous kyIs174 GFP, PAX-6 mutants, and gave statements on the finding in a scientific report format using RNAi.

Wet Chemistry

Isolated limonene, alpha- pinene, beta-pinene, myrcene, etc. from orange peels with simple distillation and tested for volatile and purity using Gas Chromatography.

Used spinach leaves to identify the polarity, ratio to front value, and best solvent for xanthophylls, chlorophylls, and etc pigments in Thin Layer Chromatography.

Purified caffeine from tea leaves using liquid- liquid extraction, rotary evaporator, and sublimation.
