Bearing manufacture. Prepare shop drawings including all required documentation such as Material certifications, Welding/Bonding procedures and any material substitutions that may be allowed.

Engineering/Maintenance Process Technician – Supporting and working on projects/tasks assigned by Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Process Engineer. Providing technical support to maintenance and production personnel in certain key areas.
One of three plant experts on laser and CCD camera inspection (QC) and pneumatic auto stacker systems supporting product operations.
Performed time/reliability studies on converting lines to provide base lines for improvements.
Assigned all capital and maintenance projects relating to pumps, piping, heaters, exchangers, tanks, valves, platforms and mezzanines.
Responsible for installation of 2,000 gallon Thermal mixing station, including an increased size DI Water holding tank and CO2 removal equipment (Capital budget = $40K)
Responsible for replacement of Environmental tanks (DI booster and Media Filter)- (provide specifications and drawings, solicit quotes, review and modify vendor drawings, supervise installation)
Responsible for all coatings/repair of facility floors, walls, sumps, and trenches (provide specifications and drawings, solicit quotes, coordinate with production, supervise repairs) (Capital budget = $150K)
Responsible for collecting/tracking machine breakdown information to make recommendations for process/equipment improvements and entering data into (TMS) Total Maintenance System database. (Previous performed by Maintenance Supervisor because knowledge of process and equipment are paramount for accuracy of data analyzing/input.)
Primary plant liaison with vendors/contractors (pump, fiberglass, steel fabrication, piping, building expansion, etc.) on quotes for Capital or Maintenance projects.
One of five plant team members responsible for installation of a complete Coating line transferred from Mitsubishi parent company, also an Anodize line, Brush Graining line and two Sheeting lines sent from St. Louis, MO.
One of three team members sent to New Jersey to oversee the installation and help setup/debug a complete sheeting line within a two week period.
Design retrofit drawings for existing equipment in addition to providing Engineering support to end-users (i.e., Drawings, Layouts, Flow Diagrams, Standard Operating Procedures, etc.)
