[February 2011 – December 2011] ecommerce Portal – IT Project Manager – Developed a new ecommerce website for food safety related products on IBM ecommerce and IBM
content management platform. The project was a collective effort of internal teams with partnership from an interactive agency and an integration partner. The project
budget was about $2.5M. Additional responsibilities include managing work across virtual teams as well as different technology teams, vendor negotiation, coordinate
environmental set up for ecommerce, conduct daily scrums, define release strategy and manage stakeholder communication
[February 2010 – January 2011] Decommission Site Server – IT Project Manager – Migrate a major internal web application to a newer platform and replace homegrown user
authentication with enterprise standards for supportability. The project was developed using windows 2003 servers, Symphony WAM for AD authentication and SQL server.
The website was redeployed to 4000 internal users. Additional responsibilities include communication and coordination with 10 business teams, UAT coordination with
various business teams; determine release strategy and roll-out schedule, companywide communication and reporting back to stakeholders.
[October 2009 – March 2010] Health Dept Audit Integration – IT Project Manager – Source health department foods safety audits from external vendor (Garrison
Enterprises) and report it back to customers on an Enterprise web portal. The project was developed using Java, IBM Web sphere portal, Business Objects and SQL Server.
[Jan 2009 – September 2009] Customer Top Chain Identification – IT Project Manager – Improve identification of top chain customer records for master data management
from cross divisional data feeds funneled in to a centralized data warehouse. This project used Trillium text matching capability to identify customer concepts,
Siperian to establish unique Site & Points of Usage (POU) relationship, SAP-CRM to build customer hierarchies and SAP-BW for reporting. The project increased the
accuracy of top chain identification from 70 ~ 80% to almost 90 ~ 95 %.
March 2007 – December 2008] Circle the Customer – IT Project Lead – Build a complex, enterprise level SAP-BW data warehouse project designed to deliver cross-
divisional reports via custom Web portals.

and providing leadership and work direction to onsite/offshore teams.
[May 2004 – March 2006] Food Avenue Common POS Conversion – IT Project Lead – Managed development of a POS application for Food Avenue which co-exists with the
existing front lane POS. Responsible for gathering requirements, participate in JAR/JAD sessions, designing touch screen user interface, facilitating usability
labs/testing initiatives, Issue management and implementation. Prototyped a faster POS by reducing UI refresh rate and implemented the system successfully. The project
budget was estimated at $2M and the application was made available to 4000 registers across 1400 stores.
[July 2003- April 2004] Marshall Field’s POS – Sr. Systems Analyst – Responsible for designing a new restaurant POS and implementing a back room inventory system for
Marshall Field’s restaurants. Involved in the full life cycle of the project including selection of vendor packages; developing estimates, customizing vendor packages
like COMPRIS-POS, CBORD for back end inventory, and designing financial feeds to Lawson Accounts Payable from the CBORD system.
