My name is Mohammad Motamedi. I have been the Plant Manager for the past 13 years at L&L Products. L&L Products as a tier 1 supplier provides engineered sealing and structural solutions for the automotive and aerospace industries. The products are used in assembly plants and they enhance the structural integrity and also improve the NVH of the vehicle.

I am very familiar to high volume manufacturing and for the past 13 years I have completed many launches successfully.

I have successfully increased profits in my operations by using Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing, while at the same time improving the quality of the product and reducing waste.

I have 15 years of successful leadership experience leading the quality, engineering, maintenance, purchasing, and material and logistics teams.

The operations for which I have been responsible have consistently exceeded regulatory agencies’ guidelines for worker and environmental safety. The plant under my supervision at L&L Products was the first Tier 1 supplier in Michigan to attain ISO 14001 certification. I am also the recipient of Michigan OSHA ergonomic award.
