Selected Achievements: Our biggest event is our Walk MS, managed to bring

Retail services to the largest youth-serving not for profit agency in New
York. Direct Office Management function for the headquarters and three
satellite offices to include vendor relations, direct billing, corporate
communications, mail department, ordering supplies, telephone and
security systems, taking care of all our company vans and all maintenance
issues. In addition, managed three Girl Scout Stores with gross sales of
$510,000. Accountable for the management of the Council's planned sales
objectives. Developed and implemented annual merchandise and marketing
plans to achieve these objectives by promoting merchandise. Directly
supervise a staff of ten to include training, performance review,
scheduling matters and all insurance issues pertaining to volunteer base
activities. Being a service agency, worked closely with all our volunteers
on our product campaigns and programs.

Sales increased by $42,000 from previous year in our Girl Scout Stores
Saved Council $40,000 for getting us back to Worker's Comp Regulation
Code 59, by starting a Safety Committee and writing an employee handbook
for health, safety and risk compliance as well as enforcing all mandated
OSHA guidelines.
