• All work done using Unigraphics, Vis-Mockup and Teamcenter.

Waltonen Engineering June 2010 - December 2010

• Contracted to General Dynamics Design Services for updates to

Stryker vehicle.

• Extensive modeling, design, and drawing layouts in Stowage area of multiple variants of Stryker.

• Modeling and drawings created for Fuel systems, Mine Roller and suspension system.

• All work done using Unigraphics, Pro-E and Teamcenter.

Hendrickson International March 2008 –June 2010

Lead design for a Hendrickson brand replacement for Mack Camel Back

Suspension.

Design of cost reduction components for all current production Hendrickson

Suspensions.

Retro-fit design of new components for current production Hendrickson

Suspensions that would be used in new applications.

Design of proprietary suspensions for Blue Bird, Thomas Bus, International.

Design of fabricated and casted parts.

All jobs done in Unigraphis NX5 and Team Center.

Paslin Engineering March 2004 – March 2008

• Simulation of robotic Mig welding lines and product handling robots for Ford Motor Co. P415 Truck line in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

• Simulation of robotic Mig welding lines and product handling robots for Ford/Dana Truck line.

• All Simulation jobs done in Delmia 5.16(igrip) and in U-ARC. Translations and concept designs done in Unigraphics NX3.

• Familiar in Mig welding.

• Lead Robotic simulation of Front Mod. For Chrysler/Tower Automotive JS project. Tool design, checking and Data transfer using Unigraphics.

• Lead Robotic simulation for Ford/Mazda 338 AWD Front Floor. Tool design, checking and Data transfer using Unigraphics.

• Worked on Robotic simulation for Ford/Mazda 338 Apron and Rear Floor.

• Designed Tooling for, and Gmx-380 & Gmx-310, GMX-160 Roof Pierce and Body sides using Unigraphics.

• Designed numerous specialty tools for G.M. like Robotic end effectors, mounting plates, emblem applicators and other load assisted tooling using Unigrapics.

• Robotic simulation and tool design for Gmx-355 Framing and Respot on Rob cad and Unigraphics.

• Robotic simulation of GMT-250 and 257 on Rob Cad. Tooling data transfer using Unigraphics.

• Product updates, creating MDD's, PLP's, and weld studies for GMT-250 and 257.
