Updating & Auditing of RF Parameters for Hyderabad BSCs.

Post Processing of Drive test Log File Using Nemo Analyzer.

Analyzing RX Qual patches, Coverage patches & Call drops.

BSC SKILLS:

Alarm Monitoring & Co coordinating with Filed Engineer for Clearing.

Regular Upgradation & Degradation of TRX based on Utilization.

Helping to Extract KPI Report from M2000 for performance monitoring of HYD BSCs.

Auditing BSC parameters regularly and correcting the discrepancies.

Taking backups regularly for Preventive Maintenance.

MSC SKILLS:

Monitor - Alarm verification done on daily basis like hardware faults, trunk faults, environmental & CGA alarms of GSM Huawei MSOFTX-3000.

Backup Management - Taking MSC Database Backups, BAM (Back Admin-istration Module), Media Gateway Configuration & IGWB (Billing Server) backup of GSM Huawei MSOFTX-3000 MSC’s as per the preventive mainte-nance schedule.

Customer Service Support & Complaints Resolution – Connectivity complaints analysis with Call Trace files, HLR (Home Location Register), VLR (Visitor Location Register) & IN (Intelligent Network) profiles and its resolution as per SLA (Service Level Assurance) guidelines.

Database & Log Maintenance - Up keeping of day-to-day switch activity logs along with system databases.

Network Expansion - Implement support activities related to integration of new cell sites, re-homing of sites without service interruption.

New Level Opening - New MSISDN/ MDN level opening & its routing man-agement with call testing.
