Direct and coordinate daily aspects of the parish focusing on operation, administrative, and finance activities. Administer church budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency. Meticulously lead a staff with more than 40 employees along with the operation of three separate entities with a total annual operating budget in excess of $4M. Establish and implement new policies and procedures to parish personnel toward fulfillment of its mission and objective.
