Scope of duties: Assistant Project Manager of the Church of Scientology International Flagship project in Clearwater, FL. I worked in several factories and in many cities in the Peoples Republic of China as the Production manager as well as quality control. I had to resource, and procure many different products need for the production of the casework and furniture. Design or modify existing designs of wood and metal furniture and components and build prototypes for customer approval prior to production. I also had to review all shop drawings and cut lists, convert to metric and translate all manufacturing notes included for all products prior to manufacture. I had to maintain production completion dates and supervise the loading of all containers. I then supervised at the job site the installation of wall paneling, furniture and casework until job completion. I also performed duties in our own facility in estimating, provided some shop drawings for certain projects and production manager.
