MANAGING QUALITY, SAFETY & PRODUCTION COSTS

• Developed training plans and timeline for movement of machines and employees to the new department.

• Colllaborated with engineers to develop system to make and move ketchup to the various lines and systems. This acomplishment was performed without experienced corporate developers.

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR, FILLING

• Responsibilities under direction of 2nd shift General Supervisor for approximately 40 union employees in the making and bottling of ketchup for up to 8 production lines.

• Responsible during seasonal operations for tomato processing into making ketchup and tomato paste.

• Managed safety, quality and productivity of Kitchen, Filling department 2nd shift.

• Assisted in troubleshooting equipment problems and helping create cost effective solutions or repairs.

• Responsible for enforcing company policies for the 2nd shift Kitchen, Filling department.
