To Whom It May Concern:
As you will see on my resume, all of my experience has been in the HR field. My last position was a Benefits Specialist at a Professional Employment Organization (PEO). My main duties were holding Open Enrollment meetings, customer service inside and outside the office, managing clients’ healthcare benefits, COBRA benefits and inputting payroll. I serviced companies with employees ranging anywhere from 2 to 100,000+. All of the positions I have held on my resume are very similar, however, they got more challenging as I progressed throughout my career.
My career started at the Service Merchandise Headquarters based in Brentwood, TN. I performed all of the above duties then moved over strictly to the Benefits Hotline to resolve benefit issues for our employees. After 2 ½ years of employment for Service Merchandise, the company met its’ demise and closed their doors for good. Upon the closure, I moved to Atlanta, GA looking for bigger and better things and found them.
Thank you for taking the time to review my resume and I look forward to hearing from you.
Best Regards,
Jennifer Ray
