Title : Docking efficacy assessment of Rifampicin with varied RNA polymerase

Description :

The aim of our project is to find the efficacy of the drug Rifampicin after docking with different proteins. Proteins taken from Thermus Thermophilus, Methanobacterium Thermoautotrophicum and Influenza, then docked with Rifampicin. We calculated efficacy, from the analysis. Mini Project work completed on Docking assessment of efficacy of Rifampicin with varied RNA polymerase at Loyola college, Chennai under the guidance of Dr.D.Sudershanam, Head of the Department, School of Genomics of department of advance zoology and Biotechnology, Loyola college, Chennai.

Title : Cloning of E6 gene of Human Papilloma virus in E.Coli

Description :

The aim of our project is to obtain the expression for E6 gene of Human Papilloma virus in E.Coli. We isolated the RNA from the cervical cancer tissue. By the use of RT-PCR, isolate the cDNA from the total RNA. We obtained the expression, by injecting the cDNA to the E.Coli vector. Completed our project work entitled CLONING OF E6 GENE OF HUMAN PAPILLOMA VIRUS IN E.Coli under the guidance of Dr. K. Sundar, Professor, Department of Biotechnology, Kalasalingam University, Krishnan Koil.
