Dec.2006 Onwards: Working as a Production Supervisor in ABIR (Ahlia Global Group of Companies). Brand names of the paints are Boya, Rang & ABIR. Polysulfide sealant (PG 10) is the special product of this Est. I introduced four new products such as Classic Tex, Antique Tex, Marmorino Plaster and Stucco Venetian. Now I’m concentrating to develop another new water based paints and wood coatings such as Concentrated Dyes, wood stain....etc.

July 2001 to July 2004: Worked in production department as a Tinter cum supervisor. Products of Rainbow paints are Epoxy, Polyurethane, Acrylic, Enamel, Emulsion, Road marking paints, primers, NC Paints and Sealers. Wood coatings such as wood fillers, dyes, wood Varnish, etc. During working this period gained practical and theoretical experience of all the above products and their applications.

July 1998 to May 2000: Worked in BBCL as a Production cum Maintenance Supervisor. Becker’s (Multinational Group) are the leaders in Coil Coating field and they have established JV with Berger Paints Ltd. (Before it was Rajdoot Paints Ltd).

Here I had supervised the additions for pre-mix of paints, primers etc. Tinting of the Topcoats, Filtrations, and Colour match testing and checking the Grinding with Hegman gauge. Also controlled the maintenance of Dynomill, HSD (High speed Dispenser), Rail mounted mixer, Screw air compressor, Chilling plant. Additional responsibility of receiving and dispatching (Stores) materials has been given to me.

July 1997 to June 1998: Worked in RPL, as an operator cum Maintenance supervisor. Rajdoot Paints Ltd. is an ISO 9001 certified company. During this period controlled the operation and maintenance of Automatic filling (injunction) machines, Sand mills, Ball mills, Bead mills, High Speed Dispenser (HSD) , Turbo mill, Gear boxes, Attritors , General pumps, Thermo pack and resin kettle etc. These equipments are related with production of Resin, Enamel paints, Primers etc. Also supervised the production works such as color match testing, check the grinding, filtrations, filling and packing etc.

September 1989 to December 1991: Worked in UK Paints (India) Ltd. as a Machine operator cum Mechanic of BFS (Bag Filling and Sealing) machine.

AI Qahtani Pipe Coating Terminal; Dammam; Saudi Arabia.

1992 to 1997: Worked in the quality service department of AQPCT as QC. inspector. AI-Qahtani pipe coating Terminal is one of the largest pipe coating facilities in the world. During working in this department gained theoretical and practical experience of all kinds of protective paints and coating material and their applications. Well familiar with the quality control tests related with coating such as Fusion Bonded Epoxy, all type of functional liquid paints, Three layer Polyethylene, Coal tar Enamel, Cement lining, Concrete weight coating etc. The tests include surface profile measurements, cleanliness assessment after abrasive blasting, checking atmospheric conditions such as relative humidity and dew point, wall thickness of pipe using ultrasonic scanning techniques, checking of chloride contamination on the pipe surface ,checking the chemical pre-treatment of pipes, coating characteristics such as thickness, appearance, flexibility ,adhesion and QC tests such as holiday detection, cure of the material using Differential Scanning Calorimeter(DSC) ,Gel time test, particle size analysis of the FBE powder, etc. Also familiar with the Quality control log preparation for daily production.

The experience in AQPCT also includes the training in the Tracking Department. Tracking department ensure the traceability of the received items for coating through out the operations.

In AQPCT also functioned as an internal quality auditor for the implementation of ISO 9002 quality management standard in the company. Completed the training course of Internal Auditing through TUV and IQM Middle East, Saudi Arabia.
