Reviewing Risk Assessment and safety related points in all the Work Method Statements (WMS) submitted by the contractor and checking the safety measures while implementing.
Conducting Monthly MARS audits on Contractor safety documents and in construction sites, Casting Yard & labor camp. (Elevated Packages only)
Preparing Surveillance Reports on Contractor work activities and issuing NCRs followed by the site instructions for the Non Conformances.
Conducting weekly progress review meeting and participating in the contractor monthly safety committee as Employer Representative.
Assisting Contractor in identifying the Utilities and co-coordinating the contractor with the concern Authorities for shifting the utilities.
