The Philadelphia School Improvement Team Projects, School District of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Construction/Senior Project Manager. Served as Program Manager for this $1.5 billion program. Supervised all aspects of 29 separate programs totaling $122 million from the design through construction phases, ensuring that each was completed within budget. Also verified contractor qualifications and made recommendations to the School District.
Various Projects, Atlantic City Board of Education, Atlantic City, New Jersey, Construction/Project Manager. As Construction/Project Manager, directed the construction, from land acquisition to project completion, of two new 100,000 square foot schools, kindergarten through eighth grade, within a budget of $46 million. Interfaced with two architectural teams to manage a state-mandated budget of $138 per square foot. Also supervised all phases of bidding for both projects, which were multi-prime contracts.

Served as Project Manager/Estimator for the firm and obtained over $3 million each year in contract awards through competitive bidding.
