- Directed the Montgomery Alabama Loan Operations Center, which involved collateral management, regulatory compliance, document imaging, and original document retention
- Developed and maintained associates through the Regions/Amsouth Bank merger, conversions, and transition of jobs to Birmingham, Alabama
- Helped in controlling the transaction processing, loan accounting, customer service, loan maintenance, and system support departments' relocation to Birmingham to ensure minimal disruption to customers
