Lead Scheduler for AML 6x commissioning / start-up project, responsible to build and review P5 integrated schedule. Project is composed of two parts existing building addition and exterior add on. The schedule include for TOP (Turn over Packages) walk downs with client, IV’s (Installation Verification), Maximo Download and Spare Parts. Create/update monthly charts for cost and progress reports, and update/monitor commissioning staffing plan. Attend weekly schedule aligning meetings (Staff meetings) for presentation and discussion of progress and schedule information.
