Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements for new / existing Depts. Searching Resumes from Job Portals, screening the resumes, conducting the first round of interview, negotiating on salary Negotiations, etc. Conducting Pre- Employment verification from the last employer & other references.

Verifying the documents submitted.

Issuing the Offer letter and Appointment letter.

Handling the joining formalities - creating a personal file, collecting the documents, verifying the documents, getting the forms filled up and medical checkups.

Training & Development:

Arrangement of Orientation / Induction Programmes.

Preparation of Training Calendar and adherence of the same. Identification of training needs through various methods like Skill Gap Analysis with the help of functional heads, Training feedback, Pre & Post Training Evaluation and accordingly preparing annual training calendar and organizing training schedules.

Arrangements of training programme, penetrating good trainers. Obtaining trainees' feedback for determining the effectiveness of training programmes. Developing faculties for conducting in-house training programmes for enhancing skill levels (sending them outside for special trainings).

Performance Management:

Aligning KRA's of Employees with Balanced Scorecard & reviewing the same with Functional Heads.

Evaluation of performance against the targets and rating the individual.

Managing Appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal system linked to Reward Management, Salary Reviews & Training & Development.

Charting out promotions, salary increments etc. based on employee performance.

Analyzing the Appraisal reports.

Compensation Management:

Maintaining Employee data as whole (details regarding personal, salary, attendance and processing monthly payroll).

Salary slips generation.

Responsible for the statutory as well as other deductions from the salary of the personnel.

Retention:

Working-out the retention strategies in consultation with management, used open forum for organizational problems and solution finding.

Making the environment more conducive to discussions for finding solutions.

Brought down the attrition rate significantly.

Arranging different activities (Home Visit System, Cheer Card System, Employee of the Month, Birthday Celebration) to make a strong interpersonal relationship between employee & company.

Employee Welfare & Industrial Relations:

Solving employee grievances & disciplinary issues; providing them counseling & guidance on performance development.

Responsible for maintaining harmonious environment in the plant. Issuing show cause notices, charge sheet, conducting enquiries, suspension & other disciplinary actions from time to time.

Developing and implementing action plans to keep high motivation level among employees. Conducting Exit Interviews to point out the key issues involved in the employee – employer relations to make friendly organizational environment.

Preparing Full & Final Settlement, Verifying the Clearance form signed by respective departments & issuing No due certificate & further Relieving accordingly.

Licensing:

Responsible for all statutory & licensing work of the plant with different government authorities. Dealing with Government Officials.

Issues related to the Statutory & Government compliances like Factory Inspector, Provident Fund, Payment of Wages, Labour Officer / Commissioner, Minimum Wages, Labour Welfare, Pollution Officers etc.

General Administration:

Contract Management with different service providers.

Responsible for all administrative activities like Vehicle Management / Commuting facilities, Canteen, Security, Housekeeping, Pest Controlling, I.T., Expenses controlling as per budget & Administrative Purchasing.

CSR:

Responsible for Preparation of CSR Calendar & Organization of the same for the community around the plant & needy for making organization a helping hand in their needs.
