Responsible for the operation of a state of the art pet care facility, with proven leadership abilities, superior customer service and communication skills.

Formulated and implemented an operational plan that resulted in making the center profitable for the first time in 5 years, within 6 month’s of introduction. We were profitable for my whole tenure at the center.

Re-organized our salon marketing and operations that increased profit for both the center and the stylists.

Utilizing the Microsoft Solutions Framework methodology, I am the Information Requirements specialist of the Project Management Office.

All project documentation for two business units; the Merchandising business unit and the Enterprise Support Systems business unit.

The “three-year plan” documents are the Priority Projects (status), the System Updates, Staffing Projections, and Training Needs by Manager.

Accurate and timely Business Continuity Plan and the Disaster Recovery Plan for the Merchandising and Enterprise Support Systems business units.

Developed and coordinated annual Enterprise Support Systems conference to inform and update the retail divisions of the developments.

Conducted training classes for new FSG employees on store operations.

Business Analyst, Current Enterprise Balances 1999-2001

Coordinated the communication efforts of the Current Enterprise Balances team, the Enterprise Data Warehouse team and Federated business partners. To ensure the newest technology introduction to our business partners was foremost in their priorities. The internal requests came from FSG business units and externally from Federated Logistics Systems.

Created a manual to be utilized by the teams working on the Enterprise Data Warehouse team, including the CEB team. The manual held the vision statement, all program documentation developed by the teams, an index of terms, and all Visio documents created.

Created Visio diagrams to reflect the current data feed and the future data feed. The visual tool helped all the teams see what the future will look like.

Credit Marketing Promotions Manager

Responsible for opening 600,000+ new proprietary accounts fiscally for 70+ Federated department stores.

Developed and created an associate incentive program to achieve new accounts and retain proprietary accounts.
