Direct the operations of 12 part-time staff members during summer camp and school year operations. The mission of the organization is to provide golf skills, as well as, life skills to youth ages 7-16.The sole employee of this small non-profit I serve in all roles and performed most tasks necessary for day to day operations.
Successfully wrote and implemented a comprehensive golf skills and core value/life skills curriculum for children ages 7- 16.
Organized summer camp programming for approximately 500 children from over 10 different camp sites.
Initiated after-school programming for 125 children from four different schools.
