Achievement/Modification:
Costi Bnf Plant designed for 55.00% recovery & 5.00 Up-gradation. Under my supervision by introduction of IIIrd Stage & IVth circuit without effecting the main product Quality & Recovery, Plant total recovery increase from 55.00 to 70.00%.
Two Screening plants (10 lakhs tones/ annum capacity),
Two Washing plants (10 lakhs tones/ annum capacity)
Tudou Beneficiation plant (Magnetite Ore)
(5 lakhs tones of Product).
Achievement/Modification:
Tudou Bnf Plant designed for 33.00% recovery with Two stage Grinding. Under my supervision major achievement is by-passing Primary Ball Mill and without effecting the main product Quality and 2.00% reduction in the main product recovery. But additional production of 10.00% Lumps (-30+15mm). So, Total Plant recoveries increase to 41.00% and cost reduction in Ball Mill operation.

Present Achievement/Modification:
This is my Big achievement in my carrier (till date). Plant designed for 150 tonnes/hr. Under my supervision with major modification is completed. Now Plant capacity is increased to 350 tonnes/hr. Still continuous production yet to be started.
• Jigging Plant (1.0 Million ton/ annum capacity).
