QUALIFICATIONS

Being an OTR driver I am very aware of company liabilities I'm a very safe driver for

that reason and for others. In Dec 2010 my dad was involved in a non-preventable roll

over accedent that almost cost him his life and the lives of others. Being alert was

what saved him. I hope I will never experience that in my own career. I work hard but

safe I learn at a fast pace if given the chance. I am a very personable guy and get

along well with any demographic I think that everybody has something to offer. Some of

the customers that I have encountered were “less than nice” and I pride myself on

defusing less than perfect situations.

OBJECTIVE

I have about 1 year and six months commercial OTR experience no accedents or tickets.

I’m well versed in transportation and daily logs due to HOS (Hours of Service) required

by DOT and FMCSR. I am extremely punctual for pickup and delivery. My objective is to find

a local, stable and full time company that I can learn as well as grow with. I do love to

come home every night but I’m single and no kids so short term travel is not a problem. Currently

I’m a long haul OTR driver for Andrus Transportation. The area that I run is 11 western and

Texas, so as you can imagine I don’t mind even being gone for a month but prefer to sleep in

my own bed “AT HOME”. In additionI would like to be closer to my folks as my dad recovers.
