Update and guide senior management team on the execution of company’s strategic business plan. Estimate and allocate appropriately the departmental operating budgets and project expenditures. Closely work with and coordinate with department heads to ensure proper execution of marketing and sales programs. Structure and negotiate multi-tiered, cross-media, integrated marketing and distribution agreements for entertainment properties. Lead and establish new business opportunities, including music publishing and master recording rights acquisitions, distribution and licensing arrangements, merchandising agreements, and talent securitization.
