PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Target (Customer Service) 1999-2007

Duties included helping guest locate what they needed in the store, saving

them time. I also saved them money on their purchases by introducing them to the

Target Visa. I trained and supervised new team members in the store. Worked on

sales floor, cashier, customer returns, and warehouse part of store where

using a forklift to pull inventory to replenish the shelves on the sales floor,

used pallet jacks wrapped pallets and I also loaded and unloaded trucks.

Avis Customer Service Rep 2007-April 2011

Duties included transporting cars from one location to another, helping

guest load and unload luggage in cars, checked in cars and printed receipts

for customers. Worked in back office handling a high volume of calls in reference to customers

reservations, filing, faxing, mail handling, and locating lost items left behind by customers. Instructed

customers on using GPS systems.
