2010–2011 CRM Program Manager, Vinson & Elkins, Houston, TX
• Successfully executed a Client Relationship Management application pilot rollout of InterAction to a Public Finance Practice Group in 4 cities within four months. This pilot had been attempted twice unsuccessfully in the past five years.
• Identified a $40,000 savings to the CFO in the second month of employment
• Organized training for approximately 20 people. Presented project overview and roadmap in training sessions and in global video conference
• Managed data coordinators and data stewards, as well as a team in India
2008–2010 Project Manager, TransCanada, Houston, TX (Contractor to Employee)
• Managed a workstation rollout project for the ANR pipeline that was first estimated at $2.4 million. The project was on time and under budget despite 2 weeks lost due to Hurricane Ike. This rollout involved internal staff as well as 14 contractors. Designed a tracking dashboard for real time analytics with a contracting team. VP’s were able to drill down from the regional level to the individual level to check the status of the rollout.
• Managed the integration of the billing and financial applications, web component and supporting infrastructure of several pipelines acquired in merger and acquisitions
• Wrote a business case for a Glycol Emission Monitoring Project, to meet Title V EPA Compliance reporting. As project manager, I coordinated IT application teams, engineering staff, as well as supporting the overall procurement of instrumentation for 12 gas storage sites, conduit, and valves

• Project managed Click’s first Disaster Recovery rollout for BP. This model was leveraged to expand DR services to other major clients including American Express.
