Maytronics US is a global manufacturer and marketer of residential and commercial robotic pool cleaners.
Marketing Manager – US
Established the US Marketing Department with limited resources and ahead of schedule and implemented all processes for running the department. Designed all sales tools for all models of Dolphin robots from concept - sell sheets for all models, displays, posters, banners, trade ads, display racks and giveaways. Implemented a demo program, a rebate program and display rack program within 2 months.
Set budget parameters and developed 3 year budget plan for Marketing. Authored Business Plans for both Commercial and Residential Business of Dolphin products. Managed residential & commercial units through marketing, advertising, PR, promotions & trade shows. Managed outside vendors to create and design new trade show booth. Re-designed US website and managed all content on site. Major accomplishments include:
Within one week, a rebate program was initiated and mailed to over 65,000 consumers in the Florida market - postcards, posters, counter cards, $25 rebate, and securing 24 dealers to participate.
