QUALIFICATIONS:

I can type 60 wpm. I can use all office equipment such as fax machines, copy machines, multi line phones, dialer systems, and I am very computer literate. I am proficient in Microsoft Works, Excel, Windows XP, Windows Office, Tact, FDR, RPLID, TSYS, Fast Data, and the Internet and many other computer programs. I am a hard worker with an on going need to learn and excel. I also have customer service experience with includes problem solving with account details.

I used an auto-dialer system to call on past due account and collect those payments. Using the TACT, FDR, RPLID, TSYS and Fast Data computer systems to note the accounts accordingly and took payments over the phone in one of three methods. I also helped customers with disputes and payment problems on their accounts. I was promoted with-in my fist six months after training.
