Exit Formalities:
• Conducting the Exit interview for Generating feedback on the Organization's performance and areas of improvement.
• Generating Relieving, Experience Letters and salary certificates.
• Preparation of final settlements, handling all disciplinary matters, no due clearance relating to employees
• Coordinating exit formalities and updating employee’s attrition list of the organization.
• Maintaining and updating database of exit employees as well.
Time & Leave Management:
• Timesheet management.

• Listing out the absenteeism report on monthly basis.
• Calculating extra works, Compensatory Offs & Adjustment days, if any.

Payroll Processing:
• To generate MIS reports, relating to Manpower Summary, Joining, Exits, etc.
• Updating of the employee details in the Master Data.
• Preparing the Payroll processing in ERP and MS excel, giving inputs to the System, Manual Checking, Arrears, etc.
• Time Office, tracking the Absentees, Late comings, Daily Attendance, etc.
• Updating Leaves of all Employees in ERP and ES Excel as per the Applications.
• Coordination with HR Team, relating to Bank Accounts, ID card Access, etc.
• Employees database Maintenance /Personal Files/Records of etc.
Compensation Management:
• Facilitate for salary negotiations.
• Preparation and verification of Monthly Salary Statements.
• Periodic compensation review (annual increments).
• Processing of Increments and Promotions.
• Co-ordination with Finance Department on regular basis.
• Processing claims for Gratuity, Medical & Salary Advances as well as full & final settlements.
Statutory Compliances:
1.Provident Fund Activities:
• Monthly Form 12A Processing and submitting in PF Office with Form 5,10 and 2(revised).
• Monthly preparing Payment Advise and sending to Accounts Department.
• Preparing PF Payment Challans.
• Submission of Annual Returns under PF Act in Form-6, 3A.
• PF Withdrawals Transfer (Internal & External) & Death Claims Forms processing.
II.ESI Activities:
• Updating all details of employee in Form – I to submitting through online.
• Preparation of ESI payment advises to Accounts department for an ESI covered units.
• Preparing through online ESI Challans.
• Submission of ESI Half Yearly returns (Form-5 & 5A).
III.P- Tax and TDS of Employees:
• Preparing the statement and Form V Processing and submitting in PT Office Monthly and Yearly returns.
• Deduction of Salary TDS as per the Employee declaration.
• Filing TDS returns with Income Tax Department & Issue of Form – 16.
Labour Compliances:
• Submission of returns and renewals under AP shops and Establishment Act 1988 .
• Submission of returns and renewals under Factories Act 1948.
• Submission of returns and renewals under Contract labour Act 1970.
• Submission of returns under Bonus Act1965.
• Liaison with various statutory/ Government agencies.
Industrial Relations & Welfare:
• Employee / Workforce Negotiations
• Manage relations between Management and employees / workforce
• Issue Legal / Show Cause Notices
• Initiating and executing Disciplinary inquiries and actions
• Employee Welfare (such as Canteen, sports, Hostel / Housing facilities, medical facilities, etc.)

Training and Development:
• To identify the needs of the training program to the employee to the employee by the help of Performance Assessment, Observation by the Superiors and Discussions.
• Prepare the Training (In- House and External) Budget.
• Design and develop and at times co-ordinate various training programs.
• To ensure nominations are properly communicated to the trainees.
• Preparation and supply of course materials.
• Coordinating with various institutions (Academic and Professional).

• Involved in survey to find the current salaries structure with respect to industry, location & experience. Provide the same inputs for fixing final appraisal to the employees.
• Provide basic inputs for releasing performance linked variable payment.
• Maintain good interpersonal relation with all the departments for better co ordination & result.
