Needs of an organization are evaluated using psychometric testing which guide individualized re-organization and survival planning. Volt ATS, Richardson, TX 1999 – 2001

East Coast Regional Manager/Human Resources Department. Provided recruitment and consultation for a number of fortune 500 companies and piloted start-up operations of east coast satellite offices for Fortune 1000 staffing organization. Responsibilities included the management of profit and loss, staff recruitment, and client/vendor partnerships for multiple sites. With six direct reports, we created and instituted strategic human resource programming including retention measures, succession planning, and new hire orientation. Coaching services were provided for senior management as well as collaborated with corporate human resources to propel client relations, build partnerships, and secure vendor contracts.

Tail Feathers, Huntingdon Valley, PA 1994 – 1999

General Manager/Human Resources. Originally hired to direct restructuring and reorganization and our efforts afforded record-breaking revenue and profits. Specifics included: restructured debt load, negotiated vendor contracts, implemented cost controls, and instituted incentive programs. Through the use of incentive and motivational programs achieved organizational on-boarding of employees which aided in propelling the organization to a complete reduction of debt within six months. Shrinkage was reduced by 90%.

Developed and implemented curriculum for undergraduate psychology courses. Lectured courses were Industrial and Organizational Psychology & Fundamental Statistics, and included assessments, performance management, performance measure, staffing, training and development, and motivation.
