Responsibilities:
Establishing a construction based department to enable the company in their installed sales mission. Set up and train estimating team in procedures for estimating and placing proposals for commercial projects. Assembled numerous concise tracking functions and procedures for estimating and project procurement goals. Attended in depth meetings with customers to finalize proposal scope and intent of construction documents. Worked with installed sales division to place proper sub-contractors on appropriate projects to utilize their skill sets to maximize profit.
