Staging Manager/Consultant/Field Tech Engineer
• In charge of staging s8300d servers from AVAYA (over 900 servers) with licenses and pre-configuration, before they are sent out to the Morgan Stanley Smith and Barney locations for upgrade, and implementation.
• Provided tier 2 support for FTE’s and RFA licensing support while on the implementations bridges for cut night.
• On a bi-weekly basis, I went out to MSSB branches and upgrade/installed their AVAYA PBX switches. Provided detailed training for Local site contact, and all system users post upgrade/install
Project Manager/Project Leader
• Managed cutover night branch cutovers for Morgan Stanley Smith &Barney. Lead team to successfully cut over MSSB sites. Most MSSB site was large sites, consisting of anywhere from 25 to 300 phones. On these weekend cutovers, the Project Manager can have anywhere from 2 to 18 sites to complete. My weekend cutovers was efficient, cost effective, and completely satisfactory.
• With Thrupoint Inc as well as all my past experiences, I have become to be known as the man with many hats due the fact of my amazing versatility and my ability to learn and adapt to new technology and so forth.
• Currently one third the ways to achieving the Avaya ACIS certification. This is one of Avaya’s newest certification. I will have this achievement before the end of June 2011.

United States Navy USA 1990-1998
• Desert Storm Veteran. Stationed in the Persian Gulf responsible for guarding against air and missile strikes on US Naval Battle Groups touring the Persian Gulf. Primary job was the maintenance, repair and deployment of the Stinger missile against hostile forces other than USA forces and our allied countries.
