Managing projects through all stages of design and construction in terms of function, quality, budget, schedule and approvals in coordination with external and internal authorities; administering consulting agreements and construction contracts; identifying, developing and recommending physical infrastructure programs; researching, developing and recommending maintenance standards and procedures.Coordinating engineering projects with external agencies including the railways to ensure compliance with leglislation, codes and the requirements of governing/regulatory authorities. Successfully oversaw all phases of multiple construction projects ensuring completion on time and within budget. Managed construction of Reliance MCN building project at Hyderabad.

Reliance Infocomm built a nationwide optic fiber based network infrastructure that covered 70% of the population in the country. This was the largest private information and communication network in India
