Consulted and led development and integration of voice sortation system (Voxware) for Put, Pick, and Receiving operations.
• Led and managed global contract negotiations for software, hardware, & IT infrastructure resulted in cost savings for licensees. ~$5.5M (45%) savings for implementation of first generation RIS (Retail Information System) for 128 store location in Malaysia. Over 30% to 45 % (~ $300.00 per unit) savings compare to each licensees cost on Smart Hand Held Terminal. POS negotiation has yielded over 40% savings over what licensees have negotiated.

Led and managed design, development, and enhancement of 1st generation IT solution (Retail Information System) to successful implementation and rollout 6000+ stores in US and Canada.
