A HR & Administration
Preparation of Attendance, Salary & Wages, and Leave Records as per SOP handling plant of around 350 people (Staff and workers) and Collection and Preparation of staff Joining Reports, performance appraisal, Exit Interviews and other General HR activities.
Responsible for timely execution of data reporting related to people, compensation & Benefits etc. HRIS updates and report generation.
