Project Description:

The project work was done as a part the academic curriculum for B.Sc degree as per the requirements of Bharathiyar University for Karpagam Group of Colleges.

The application was developed to systematically maintain the incoming and outgoing letters to different organizations under the Karpagam Group. All the incoming and outgoing letters are entered in the forms provided and the reports are generated based on the inputs. And the pending reports can also be generated. Once if the document is sent to the respective branch it is entered in the respective form. The project was done using Visual Basic 6.0 as the front end and Oracle as back end and was implemented successfully.
